We took Tabitha to the doctor last night. It wasn’t our regular pediatrician due to us getting in on such short notice. We kind of had to take whoever was available. But we really liked the guy and he took time to listen to what we had to say, which is always nice. He didn’t see any sign of a bacterial infection, which is good. He said her sinuses were a bit white, which tends to indicate possible allergies. However, he agrees that her symptoms and the way they act don’t seem like allergies. He offered us a prescription allergy medicine if we wanted to try it. What we decided to do is let this cold run it’s course and if she seems to get sick immediately after, as has been the case, then we’ll try allergy medicine and take it from there.
So today we went to Disneyland and California Adventure for a little while after our Mommy and Me class. It was very, very crowded, but we found a new pressed penny machine and a new pressed quarter machine so that was nice. After we got home, we kind of veg’d and Chris is putting Tabitha to bed right now. We’re watching both the Ducks and the Dodgers and maybe we’ll play our game for a bit.
