04/01/2006 Entry: "I'm no fool"

Three years ago I pulled the "I'm pregnant" joke on a few online friends, now I have a 1 year old. Perhaps I should tell people I won the jackpot of the lottery?

Yesterday I bought a new domain and the family blog will be on the move. I still own and will continue to own tarazandra.com, but it's going to be an entry point to all my sites, like my Cabbage Patch Kids, Cow Collection, etc. So the blog will be located at AncFam.net as soon as I get to making it a livable locale. Which, based on my current life schedule, won't be anytime soon. Especially because Chris and I got Kingdom Hearts 2 last night :) However, once I say I don't have time to get something done, I usually get it done pretty quick. Sadly, the opposite is also true, if I say I'm going to do something, just don't believe me, okay? I think it was 6 months ago I said we were going to take turns taking just Tabitha out to breakfast on Sundays, yeah, that happened I think 3 times. I've had plans to paint the living room and retile the bathroom for oh, I don't know, a couple years now. I was supposed to go to a Pampered Chef party last night, I flaked. You get the idea.

What I did do yesterday was have friends over for me and Tabitha. Not just any friends, no no. Friends who brought a lawnmower! That works! Yay! Of course, it's raining so we can't actually mow the lawn, but at least we technically have the option now. Both front and back are so overgrown it's not even funny. Actually, in the front there is a large patch of clover that looks pretty cool, I'm thinking of plopping Daisy down in it for some pictures, I think they'd turn out nice.

Okay, five more minutes of sitting on my duff and then I'll get something done. Like attacking those 9 boxes of Girl Scout cookies that were delivered to me today.
