I started this album a very long time ago. Like many early scrappers, I over-cropped and under-journaled. I'm not proud of many of these layouts, but I think it's interesting to see the progression in my style. The album is large. I have divided it into a few pages to help cut down on the load time. Not all the layouts are scanned, I still have work to do there.

The title page (pictured at right) reads: Chris and I met on May 14, 1994 while standing in line for concert tickets to KROQ's 2nd annual Weenie Roast. We were introduced by a mutual friend, and though Chris didn't take much notice of me, I couldn't get him out of my head. I orchestrated another meeting but still felt I made little impression. I've never been one to wait for what I wanted so the following Sunday, May 22, I went to his work and told him I wished to be blunt. "You be blunt" Chris says to me. "Okay. I find you very attractive and was wondering if you'd like to go out with me sometime?" Thankfully he made my embarrassment worth it and said yes. That night was our first date and the beginning of our lives together. We started talking of marriage about 2 months later. We both just knew that we were done looking for our lifetime love. On June 20, 1995 Chris proposed to me while we were on vacation in San Francisco. We were married July 27, 1996 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California. This book chronicles the beginning of us and events that happened during our journey from a couple to a family. It can merely attempt to show the love we have for each other.
